I’ve came to cellicon in market mall a few times and have always been welcomed and treated with the best customer service anyone can ask for. Raj hands down has made my day more than once he is genuine and willing to help and find a solution always. If your phone is broken I recommend coming into Raj to get it sorted out.

I purchased a case for my IPhone, and at the time the time the person helping me was very polite and told me to come back if I had any problems whatsoever. Well, the case literally started to fall apart into brittle pieces so I went back. I saw the same fellow that helped me purchase the case originally and showed him the pieces of the case that I had put into a baggy. He immediately said to me that I dropped the phone. I said that I hadn't. I also held up my iPhone and asked him if it looked like I had ever dropped it. I would not have gone back to show him the pieces of the case if it weren't the fact that it crumbled into pieces all on it's own without having been dropped (I have much better things to do with my time). He sneered at me and just repeated that I had broken the case by dropping my phone. I honestly thought he'd honor his word when he said to come back to him should I have any problems. Obviously, his statement was insincere. I realize the case isn't a big ticket item, but it's the matter of having been sold an inferior product and then being treated very poorly when I went back. Therefore, I would not trust this Cellicon location to purchase anything at all given how they conducted themselves.
