Very pleasantly surprised with Carter Cadillac - It was our 1st time at the dealer, and attention right from when you cross the entrance door was fantastic. Not to mention that we got a fantastic deal also, and in a considerably more efficient fashion than in other dealers where it can easily take 3 hrs to close a deal, we closed it in less than an hr on a Saturday afternoon. Also, very strong sense of gender balance with a strong female Brand Experience team. Suffice to say that Carter Cadillac is our dealer of choice from now on. Thank you and keep crushing it y’all!

We have been looking for a new SUV for a few weeks now and finally decided on the Cadillac XT5. We made multiple trips to Carter Cadillac and dealt with Andrew who was more than happy to help us out, even though in the beginning we didn't seem like the most serious buyers. He spent as much time with us as we needed, answered all our questions without trying to push a vehicle on us that we weren't interested in.
