The drive from the far NW was worth the exceptional customer service. I called to make an inquiry and I was so pleased with the how my call was handled by Chloe. She was super friendly, answered all of my questions and put my items on hold for me. When I arrived in the store I was immediately greeted by Danny. She asked why I was visiting and if I needed help. She quickly found my items that were put on hold and helped me out to my car after I paid. The store is full of Party and seasonal items for every holiday including costumes. I also noticed a trophy section and dart section as well. Truly your one stop shop! I will definitely make the trip to Canuck Amusements again in the future.

My go to for balloons! Whether it's a super last minute event, or I call ahead for pickup - the staff are super helpful, accommodating, and most of all friendly. They have everything you need to make your next event a success (once they're allowed again!) Plus they're local!
The best customer service; extremely helpful, positive and welcoming. Each staff member will take time to make sure that your party needs are met and they always make you feel welcome by asking what is being celebrated. Everyone that works there seems to love what they do and is more than happy to make your celebration perfect!

This place gives me cute mom-pop shop vibes. Definitely more customer focused than other franchises. I called them for a very specific theme (spongebob squarepants) and they came through in a major way! They found me spongebob specific balloons and some nautical themed latex ones to match. They even offered to load the balloons into my vehicle for me! Customer service isn't dead, it's just at Canuck Amusement. Will definitely come back, such a great store!
Such a gem of a store. Their selection and prices literally can never be beat. I also couldn’t get over how friendly and helpful the staff are. Well staffed and well organized!
I dont want to give even one star.. this store is waste age of money and time both... party city is 100 times better than this place... staff was sooo rude... traveled whole the way from ne to sw to this store.. really disappointed
