Was great with sales but not easy to return. The sales rep did not understand our company needs and placed machine that would not work. Then because we replaced thru another company that was extremely lower cost a better fit for us... Cansel wouldn’t take return without charging us with 20% restocking fees. We were willing to pay usage but they threatened us with having to keep this printer?? We will never use this company again for anything. Very disappointed
The staff here in the store were so helpful. You can tell by their attitude that they really enjoy their job and servicing their customers. Carrie was great and was able to process my order quickly and accurately.
