I should receive my package today, Friday, November 13, 2020. but a delay was there for an unknown reason, I called customer service at 4pm same day and I was waiting on the phone for 45 min before "Christian" is the agent name answered me ( AT 4:46PM) and he said I have to wait till Monday and there is nothing he can do, so I ask for a supervisor, he put me in hold for a 10 min and then he said I will put a pickup request for you but it's not guaranteed and I still have to wait till Monday, I told him I asked for a supervisor, not for a request and before I finish what I'm saying he hangs off the line. VERY BAD service (drivers and customer service). IT MIGHT BE CHEAP TO USE CANPAR BUT YOU WILL GET ZERO SERVICE. SO IF YOU EVER WANTED TO BE DISAPPOINTED PLEASE CALL CANPAR. IF THIS REVIEW STILL UP, IT MEANS I'M STILL DISAPPOINTED AND THEY HAVEN'T CONTACT ME YET. I WILL ALSO LET YOU GUYS KNOW WHEN THEY WILL CONTACT ME, SO YOU WILL KNOW HOW BAD IT IS. HOPEFULLY WILL NEVER HAVE TO USE THEM AGAIN

0 stars! Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Left voicemail and was not returned. Package not delivered on expected delivery date. WORST COMPANY to deal with. \u200d️

Update: It took Canpar one week to send me a pickup location. When I went there the guy said the package isn't therem if I would have not insisted in checking myself I would not have the package. I found in his shelfs in 30 seconds. Turned out he did not scan it in correctly when it was dropped off there by the driver. Therefore he could not find it in the shelf. Unbelievable. I missed my package at home and 2 days later they have not yet managed to inform me about a pick-up location. The hotline keeps saying I will get a text or an email but nothing has happen so far. This is the worst service ever!

All i can say is DON'T, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY if you ever want to see your item delivered!!!! They don't care about you or your package as you've already paid the fee. You get it when you get it.

Avoid at all costs. Canpar lost two of my packages sent from my employer. The employee couldn’t even read English so had me go into the back room to look myself. Horrible company. Even though I recurved notice my package was available for pickup, it wasn’t there even though I went multiple times.

Terrible!! Never will use again. Didn't meet guaranteed date and didn't pay attention to the delivery option chosen. Never use these guys save yourself the headache. 0 for 2!!!fool me once shame on you , fool me twice.......
