The CRTC referred my complaint to the CCTS, which not only ignored the evidence I put in front of them, including the part about how telecommunications companies must communicate clearly to you, they twisted everything to try and show me to be at fault. Pathetic!

They say TV & Internet providers must communicate with customers in easy to understand language, but when you want to make a complaint, you need to hire a translator and legal firm to understand the requirements to start a complaint. What a joke.
