Beware of this company - I ordered a DNA test from two companies: one came back positive, the Canadian DNA one came back negative. False positive is virtually impossible while false negative can result from poor sample handling but Canadian DNA refused to acknowledge their error. I recommend staying away from them
We had a lot of questions and the staff were very helpful in answering them and ensuring that we had all the information we needed before ordering a test. The nurse at the collection was very professional and we got our results ahead of the promised turn around time. We are very thankful for the level of service we received from this company.
