I emailed them the night before to contact me ASAP in regards to renting the Cryo Ice Machine as Mom just had hip surgery and the old bag of peas was not working to reduce swelling and pain. Well they called me first thing in the morning! Awesome! They didn't get the rental unit back in time from another customer so they opened a brand new one to rent to my Mom. Awesome and accommodating. I would recommend them for sales or rental of medical equipment. Thanks guys!

I have been contacting staff at Calmedi since March and have had the good fortune to have spoken with Khoa Nguyen. I had been tasked with looking for safety supplies for our office and from the start, Khoa was able to answer my questions in a timely and efficient manner, so that I was able to present the information to my team and acquire the necessary supplies, in a very difficult environment to find these items. His knowledge of products, efficient, straight-forward manner in dealing with customers, and willingness to help is something I could not help be impressed by. Khoa was professional, answered all my questions, always got back to me with solutions and I feel this is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. During this crazy time as well, I feel he went above and beyond our expectations, and I wanted to express our gratitude and let you know what an amazing job we think he is doing.
