Terrible customer service and door staff. We brought our barely three year old into build an animal, the lady at the door was rude to her in saying she couldn't have a bear because she didn't have a mask, and that we needed to buy one from them to be let in. Your protocols are out of control towards children, most kids have a hard time with wearing masks and my daughter is one of them. This is supposed to be a place for a child to have fun and get creative. Shame on your company for a ridiculous policy that almost every other store in the city doesn't care about. You lost a customer today. 10/10 will never recommend or visit your establishment ever again. WOULD GIVE 0/5 IF POSSIBLE

First off I'd like to say I live far nw Calgary bab in crossiron was closed down probably due to slow business.....I drove to chinook mall today and was told at the door I had to buy a mask for my 2yr old that definitely wouldnt wear a mask. They didn't want him walking around the store with no mask a 2yr old infant so i offered to hold him the whole time and one of the miserable staff that i could tell by her rudeness doesn't even like children not sure why shes even employed there refused to let us in. I can tell you I will never take any of my children to support your business again.

I understand that the staff here are evaluated on their numbers but the staff at this location are often rude and pushy and will make you pay for things you don't want. Have had nothing but negative experiences here unfortunately.

The younger lady was great. I took my 4 year old daughter and she interacted with her, smiled and made the experience worth the time. Then the woman with bad attitude started bossing her around and sent her away. I knew I didn't like her when she corrected me when I was talking to my daughter about little pony names. I mean it would be fine if she joined in our discussing but she plain and simple passed by and without a smile just corrected me. My daughter tried to talk to her, sharing the skirt choices she had made, multiple times she tired to talk to her but to no avail. How does such grumpy woman get to be in a position of command in a store thst is supposed to be about child play and imagination? It really bothered me but I didn't say anything, my daughter was happy woth the 2 little ponies that she had bought, but it really did upset me when she rushed me to leave the store. So this comment if for her. The other girl was great.
