Rob is an amazing person and coach! he works hard is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the people he teaches. I have known rob for a long time at least 7 years and he has never let me down he even drained my cauliflower ear for the first time and let me know how it was done can never be thankful enough thanks rob!

My daughter has been coming here now for 2.5 years. She has been going twice a week since she's 4. She has won a Gold and Bronze in the CBJJF competitions. This gym produces metal winners even with younger kids under 6, Sensei Alex gives them the confidence and the skills to compete and win. The price is great in comparison to other around the city, membership includes all classes (Judo, karate, MMA) So far we are very happy and satisfied members.
This place is an amazing place. The sensei is very knowledgable. Share great roll with a student during open mat. Learn some great techniques and hope to see more during the week. Thanks so much.
This is the honestly the best place in Calgary to learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Their focus on technique to make sure you are executing the moves properly is a huge plus. They make sure you understand what you are doing before they move on. You don't get left behind. When I tried other gyms, this was a huge problem for me. They went too fast! I didn't have time to take the information in! Here, I am able to slow down and actually learn what I'm doing!
Great gym, great people and the price is right. Highly recommended.
