I am incredibly pleased with the service I received from this store today. I love Bose products and was surprised when the headphones I received as a gift roughly 1.5 years ago started coming apart. I went to the store this morning to see if I could get them repaired, and the associate who assisted me was amazing! He let me know that Bose was aware of the issue I was having and that, even though the headphones were no longer under warranty, he could give me a replacement set right away. I was very happy that I wasn’t going to need to go through a tedious warranty process and that I would have a new set of headphones right away. When the associate was updating my account, he saw that I had purchased the model up for my wife earlier in the year, and asked if I wanted to apply a full credit for my existing headphones towards the upgraded model. I was thrilled to be getting a better set of headphones and that I only needed to pay the difference in price. I have always known that Bose makes amazing products, and today, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I received.

Service has always been prompt in this store. So prompt that I sometimes feel the sales pressure. But I like quick and accurate service and this store meets all that. The investment is quite hefty for Bose product, but there are plenty of demo equipments before you commit. And you can return in 15 days if you do not like it. Sales staff are knowledgable in their products and third-party "add-on" to Bose equipment. I have QC25 (rather old headset), and I was looking for a mic for my QC25 headset so that I can use it for aviation purpose. The staff from Bose was able to give me guidance accurate, useful and honest guidance for my application. I was impressed. Prompt service, readily available demo equipment and knowledgable Bose staff qualifies for 4.75 Stars.

I brought in an old type of system they don't sell anymore that had failed, and they accepted it for recycling as well as giving me the option of a good discount on a couple of newer products. Turned out to be a surprisingly positive experience. The staff are friendly and give good service.

If you like Bose this store obviously has all of their products and you can give them a try their. They have a friendly staff who can help you choose what product may work best for you. The store is smaller than what I was expecting but they truly have everything that Bose makes. They even have a separate room for specific products.

My zipper broke on my headphone case. They gave me an old one, looked like a return, rather then a new one. I'm not too picky but when you're paying 400 for headphones from the store the warrenty should be mint.

Excellent service from Nishanth. He asked excellent questions to determine our needs and then showed us the various options that would meet those needs. At no time did we feel he was trying to sell us something we did not want or need. Job well done.

Excellent customer service from the second my foot was in the door to the moment I left. Was immediately greeted by Nishanth, who started an actual conversation instead of jumping to finding out what he could try to sell me. Was very helpful and informative. Bought the BOSE sunglasses. Arjun finished collecting my info for the warranty, and even plugged the sunglasses into the computer to update so they'd be ready to use as soon as I turned them on. While we waited for the update, Arjun took me to the demo rooms and showed me some theatre and speaker set ups. You could tell both of these associates were very passionate about BOSE and their work, and were focused on customer satisfaction, not making profits. 10/10 would recommend due to the service alone.
