Went in and got service from Thomas. Had a leaking hose, Thomas really worked with me to get the repair done, including offering different solutions I could try. You just don't get service like this anymore. Keep up the great work Thomas
I was looking for one o-ring for my propane line. The front counter dudes quickly helped me out with a o-ring at \NO COST\. I know it was a 0.05 item.
