After a lot of experience dealing with pushy and sleazy sales tactics over the years while purchasing vehicles, I can honestly say my most recent purchase with BMW gallery in Calgary was by far my most pleasant. I dealt with Jun while purchasing my new BMW X3 and he was a pleasure to deal with, made the purchase stress free, and gave me a very fair value for my trade in. They even had my X3 ready to go the next day for me since they knew I came out of town to purchase the vehicle. Hats off to Jun and the rest of the team for a job well done

Just got my 2020 M5 Compition, so exciting got the car. Jun Kim Internet Sales Manager is been very helpful . Explain all details and very friendly. Definitely will call him next time in the future. Once I decided make the decision for purchase and walk into their director of Finance Sam Barbour's office , all good feeling change 180' upside down. The way I go through finance with Sam . I feel like i am working for this guy as employee/assistant instead of as a customer buying a car from him. What I want to say is I purchased used M4 2 years ago in this dealership, this time is my first time purchased brand new car and double the valve of M4, I don't expect to be treated like King or VIP , but at least give me a feeling like I am a customer coming to buy a car . Compared to my last M4 purchase experience. This time is bad .

It was time for a new vehicle, but I wasn’t sure how this new world of on-line car buying was going to be comfortable for me. But I was able to to all my research on line through written reviews from the known reviewers, you tube car reviews and personal feedback. When I narrowed it all down, I found the vehicle I wanted in Calgary and I live in Edmonton. So I sent an email. The representative (Jun), was very prompt with his response. Didn’t feel like he was trying to pressure me. I don’t like to do a long drawn out negotiation, so told him the price I wanted to pay and my rationale. He was able to get the deal done the same day. Very prompt and very polite. Quite professional overall and made my buying experience a positive one. Thanks Jun!

Do not buy BMW X1, you need to replace rotor at 40000km 2years! not covered by warranty Only 6months after purchase brand new X1 (2018 August) I had vibration on brakes so I took it here then they machined the rotor Now same things but getting worst so I took it again but this time they told me I need to replace the rotor and pay 905.60 for 1 rotor replace Very disappointed, this is my 3rd BMW (1997 328i, 2007 328xi the 2018 junk x1) I will never buy BMW again
