When i started my journey as an apprentice here @ BMP Mechanical Ltd back in 2016 was remarkable until such time i voluntarily put my self off-board in 2020 of dec. because of pandemic. I was very fortunate that i was given opportunity to learn, gain knowledge and develop the skills i need for me to be a better apprentice. I was skeptical, if i’m gonna survive in the training because of no experience and a language barrier but “YES” i did it and broad my knowledge, humbly develop my skills. It would be impossible for me to achieve this without the support and mentoring. Appreciated professional people i know THE BOSS BS, RH you know who you are maam julia, Superintendent’s, Foreman’s, Jayman’s and my co-peer’s. I all thank you for the wonderful experience i have with you. I will definitely miss the camaraderie working here.

I had BMP come out and fix my furnace last weekend and they offered the best service I've experienced. They were thoughtful and didn't try to upsell me like all the other heating companies I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Worked service for this company, they're terrible at managing themselves and conducting themselves professionally within the company. They play favourites and don't care about their employees. The owner of the company came in and told the service team how terrible they all are. The dispatch girl Chantelle was constantly rude even though I tried to always be nice and respectful, she would act like the smallest thing was the biggest problem. I talked to other techs that felt the same way about her and quite honestly hated working there but had to pay the bills. It seems like everybody there hates their jobs. I went out of my way and put in work for free to appease management but they never acknowledged anything, these technicians work hard for their jobs but its a thankless trade to begin with. If I were choosing a company to do work for me and knew about how it was ran and how the employees felt, I definitely would not use this company

I work for CARSON POW-R-VAC Ltd which performs HVAC/furnace cleaning in ALBERTA CANADA. It strikes me how thoughtful the BMP site managers are. They are so busy & yet they take time to give our estimators info on the needs of their managed bldgs (ie energy optimization & reduction of sickness/absenteeism by promoting a healthier indoor environment).
