I hired this company to pursue a man who duped my company in to doing a Solar project at his ranch in Sundre Alberta. This private individual, who \volunteers\ for a Non Profit Organization named Aspen Ranch Canada, despite him owning all of the land and the buildings, personally benefits from the donations of other companies who think they are helping kids in educational programs. Bison Credit Solutions recently helped me to win in Alberta Provincial Court in full. I cannot recommend the lady who helped me highly enough. She knew exactly how to handle this individual, and the dodges and delays he engineered in the 2 years it took to get to trial. Without her support and expertise, I doubt I would have had the patience to see this through. Hopefully we can now actually recover the costs from him, and also the substantial amount he owes and has so far avoided paying.
How awkward would it be if a moving company had to hire Bison to go after a bill dodger that worked there?

My company, Think Mechanical hired Bison to recover money for us on three occasions. In every single instance we were counter sued and had to go through the courts. In every single instance the defendant registered a counter suit. In every single instance they brought up how offended they were by our collections agency and half the reason we were in court was because they were so mad about it. So in every single instance we had to pay for all the court fees, waste our time and eventually settle for a portion of what was owed, often less than half, which is you add the time and fees, ends up being a negative. Then on the last bill we were contacted by Susan from Bison, we explained that obviously money is tight and we'd pay as soon as we could, she understood. As soon as we had the money, 2 weeks ago, we sent a check. Today we were just served notice BY BISON, suing us for money owed. Not only are they horrible at their job, they have no accountability to you, they make it harder for you and then WITHOUT WARNING they stab you in the back. DO NOT HIRE
