Very professional, highly knowledgable. I bought a kegerator from a box store, had small issues from day one. Brought my tower, tap and hose in and they fixed it up properly. Gave me better tips than I found online and now everything is working perfectly. They also showed me some of their other products and, once the world is opened back up, I will be renting one of their beer coolers for camping. Can't speak highly enough of these guys, I was about to give up on a kegerator.
