I picked up my new S5 last week. The service and help I received from Cory at Audi Royal Oak was excellent, he was very patient throughout the whole process. I was able to test drive a couple of cars with different options and, once I decided what I wanted, Cory made the process of ordering the car, with the exact options I chose, a breeze. He kept me informed at every stage. On delivery, I also received excellent service from Scott making sure all the paperwork was ready and from Willie helping me understand all the features and how to configure them to make sure all the settings were to my liking. I would definitely recommend Audi Royal Oak.

Very helpful and transparent in answering questions and sharing information about the vehicle.
