Amazing staff, quick service. Brought my RV in due to a leak, had it back to me in a few days. Service department was great to deal with, especially JD and Alain. I highly recommended!!!!!!!

Went to their big sale at new horizon mall today. I was on site for an hour and not one of the 10 or more salesmen that were standing around smoking and drinking coffee even acknowledged my existence. There were only about 4 other potential customers on the lot. Guess I'll take my business somewhere that wants it.

Right from the original phone call to delivery to our first camping trip, Arrkann provided 5 star service!! Pam was A1 in helping us find a trailer that worked for us, financially and logistically!! Very personable , and genuine!! Michelle was fantastically fabulous in meeting our payments and phenomenal in the very elusive customer service part of a business these days!! Trevor was a kind, handsome breath of fresh air in his tutorial for us very green (this is our first trailer EVER) trailer owners. Calling us back to answer, what we are sure were silly questions, lol, while we were getting ready for our first camping trip in our wicked, awesome 2017 Passport!! Everyone was so nice and friendly every step of the way. I will not go anywhere else ever for anything I need for our trailer!!!

With our recent purchase of a travel trailer, we've become part of the Arrkann family, and we couldn't be happier. We had tremendous service along the way: from Pam in sales; Neil the manager; Michelle in finance; Shiloh in parts; through Cory for our walk-through; everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We'll have a great time camping in comfort. Thanks, everyone!

I only had a luxury of service experience. Event though the people seem very nice, I am very upset with the customer service I am receiving. I am "inherited" client for ArrKann Trailer and told them straight from the beginning that I was very unhappy with the previous dealership (went bankrupt) and wish to have more pleasant experience. Too bad it's still only a wish. Their customer service is terrible. No call backs, no updates on the status of the repair, order, etc. It's always me, the customer, inquiring on the status of my repair, which I don't think should be my responsibility. Especially if I am told, "we'll let you know". I told them I need the trailer to be ready/fixed by certain date and they promised it will be done. The day I needed the trailer came and went by. No call, no contact from dealership. After a few days I left a voice mail message to call me back. Again, no contact, no return calls. In another few days I called again. I was then told the trailer is sitting ready to go and was ready 4 days before my requested date. To my question "why no one called me" their replied "I don't know" REALLY??!?!?! Same goes for e-mails. Every time I want an update on the status of my repair I have to call, e-mail. No effort from their side, only promises they will call. But nothing happens. But boy, when I express my disappointment they sure are great in apologizing and promising better service next time. I am extremely disappointed. Numerous times I asked them nicely and politely to keep me in the loop and let me know when the unit is ready for pick up. I am patient. But because of their customer service I had to cancel a few camping trips because the trailer was at the dealership (apparently ready for pick up but how was I supposed to know?) Seems like servicing is a burden for them and the customers should not be allowed to fix the trailers. Only buy and then get lost attitude.

My experience at Arrkann was excellent and everybody was courteous and friendly to me and they looked after my needs. Special shout out to Michelle, Shiloh, Tyler and the two ladies at the service desk. I will definitely recommend you guys to family and friends and hope to do business again with you guys in the future! :)

Wanted to say thank you to Michelle, Dan , and the staff at Arrkann . I have purchased my second RV from them. . After months of looking going to RV shows , going in and asking qestions about trailers . And taking the time to show me models and answering my questions. Every one was honest and friendly. Everything went smooth. Thank you for your help

Very disappointed in my service appointment today for outstanding warranty work on my one year old Montana High Country 5th wheel. The appointment was scheduled over 6 months ago. I called the day before to confirm everything was still a go for my visit on the following day but the service department was too busy to take my call. Reception took my name and number and said they would have them call me back later in the day. No return call happened so I call again at the end of the day and it when directly to voicemail, I leave another message. No callback happened either, so I roll the dice and hooked up the 5th Wheel and head out. I show up to the Carstairs location, which is a 170km round trip journey for me. They proceed to tell me they are fully booked and that they only have one tech in the shop today who is busy doing demonstrations today. "How long until your next camping trip" they ask me, as they smile at me thinking this is an acceptable compromise for my inconvenience as they will want to hold my RV for the next three weeks. "But, I made this appointment over 6 months ago to avoid this exact issue", "Sorry, there is huge turnover here lately". You will find most RV dealerships, and Arrkann being no exception, will avoid at all costs warranty related work over that of customer chargeable work. I request my warranty parts so I can do the replacement myself, I grab my keys, hook up and leave. I suppose this is one way to offload your warranty obligations! I will not purchase my next RV from Arrkann, nor will I recommend my friends or family to this organization either. Post purchase service related work, Arrkann gets a failing grade. In most companies, Sales brings in the new customers and normally Service/Support are the ones that loses those customers forever. Arrkann lost me as an ongoing customer today because of the horrible service experienced I had today. Trevor
