There is something to be said for kind customer service. Lynn at the registry desk was outstanding and willing to help. It’s nice when you find someone willing to go above and beyond.

Had a great experience here yesterday. Came to pay a fine and after some confusion, a woman named Terri-Lynn came to the rescue. She took control of the situation with such concern and compassion, it really made me feel like she was a manager or something. If not, she should be. Unbelievably amazing customer service from her. Promote the woman if you haven't already.
I gave my road test here and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The whole place was well kept especially with the Covid requirements. All the staff were courteous and helpful right through. The examiner was polite and willing to answer any question. He followed all the protocols, and also ensured that I wasn't freaking out! Overall, it was a delight to be a AMA. Good job guys:)
Paying for a membership is worth the money. For several years now I have the Premier RV membership, the two free towing helped me out immensely and saved me thousands of dollars. Line ups dissipate quickly, staff are helpful and friendly unlike most registries. AMA Is worth your time and money.. Lots of perks. I've never observed an angry customer here, I believe they're all at the registry by Coop. I'm at AMA for the better.
It’s a big place with lot of staff. But the registry services was understaffed and a big line up there. Had to wait more than 30 mins to get to the agent. The agent was very friendly and helpful. I think most agents are. Only thing would be reassign more agents to registry services were there’s more people lining up. Otherwise very good service and friendly staff.
