I had gone to another vacuum shop closer to my home to take it in for repairs. They told me it needed to be replaced and the amount it would cost to repair would be the same as an upgrade. I came here for a second opinion and I ended up getting my vacuum repaired for a price no where else could beat and it works perfectly again. Exceptional service and I saved too.

I have purchased many items from there, and they installed my vacuum system perfectly. Its been 3 years since they installed it and i've had absolutely no issues with anything at all. The owners are great people who treat you kindly and genuinely care about putting a smile on your face as you walk out the door. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs vacuum services.

Not a good experience.Went in to buy a new vacuflo. The one he recommended wasn't in stock at the south store so he ordered one in from another store. Phoned me three days later to say in was in. When I went to pick it up they had sold it to someone else. Had to go back again the next day when another one was brought in. Couldn't get a receipt because paper ran out in credit machine and worker didn't know how to change paper. Also had my power head serviced. When I tried it at home it wasn't working properly so another trip to the store. Turns out they had put the brush roller back in backwards. Could anything else have gone wrong?
I usually go to the NW location, but this location was closer to my house. My experience was just as positive, I will come again.
I was about to buy a new dyson after mine started making a funny noise I decided to see if it was fixable. The man I spoke with at the store was very knowledgeable. They repaired my dyson and it's working great now if you have a dyson and are looking to have it fixed they're great.
UPS needs to revise their pick up designation before choosing a store that is un-reliable in terms of being true to their operating hours. This is a part of the store's service and commitment, it should taken in consideration when workers decides to not show up for work for an entire day or closing the store early.
