This is the second time I’ve used Alberta Heating. Their customer service is amazing. The furnace went down at my rental property. I called Alberta Heating at 10:00 PM, and by 11:30, they had already arrived, assessed the issue, provided me with a cost which was extremely reasonable, and made the repair. And because I allowed them to make the repair, they didn’t charge extra for the late night visit. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them. Mack, the technician was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He really provided a great customer experience.

Thank goodness for Alberta Heating! They helped me out twice recently with 2 separate issues on my old furnace. The first issue was just a sensor, but the second issue was my furnace fan burning out at 9pm on a cold February night. That means no heat. They offered to come at 10pm to replace it. How amazing is that! It is usually same day or next day service at great prices and with a smile. I have used them 3 times now and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing furnace repairs. They will be back to do a furnace and duct cleaning in the spring. Happy to support and recommend this local small business.
Paul, the tech that came out was very helpful. He didn’t stop until he found the problem. Not only that he fixed my furnace but he saved me money. I felt like he wasn’t just there to make money or do his job but also to help us. I will recommend Alberta Heating to people that I care about or anyone that needs their services. My furnace decided to quit on me over the weekend and the first company I called was direct energy which was a huge mistake in hindsight. The second company I called was Alberta Heating and they were amazing! the Technician - Mack was there in 30 minutes and switched out my blower and gave me a reasonable price for it! needless to say I was very impressed and will definitely be using this company again in the future
