We cannot recommend Alberta Hardwood enough! Dean was SO helpful and patient with us while we looked for a flooring type that matched our preexisting engineered hardwood in our new home. Dean was very experienced and knowledgeable, and was very generous with advice and helpful information for installation. I recently had carpet replaced in a stairwell with hardwood and refinishing of my living room hardwood. I am absolutely thrilled with the work done. The stairs and floor are beautiful and has added value to my home. Dean was extremely knowledgeable and very helpfuI. I plan on doing more flooring projects and will be using Alberta Hardwood again. It was also within my budget and expectations. Very happy!

!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! 1. The job was done extremely bad, corners started to lift, cracks and spaces between joints. After 1.5 years of living in a brand new house! 2. The customer service was very poor. You expect some empathy after you did a bad job. Instead they’ve been rude and disrespectful. 3. Took forever to come and review the bad install that was done. 4. They literally told us that we have to wash our floor with spray. When I asked what type of spray they said that I have to visit the store for details. We are still waiting for someone to come and replace all the flooring. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS THAT APPRECIATES YOU AS A CLIENT!
