This is a new review. We had lots of problems with our new furnace. Amanda, Brian and Sean decided to replace the furnace with a new one. This solved our ongoing problem. Thank-you for the very good service. Made us very happy. Ace plumbing came through when we needed them. Good job.

My hot water tank suddenly stopped working due to strong winds. Thanks goodness, I had a 10 year warranty!! I was not expecting much, as the service would be covered by my warranty. Sean took the time to explain to me what had happened and showed me what I should do next time it happens again. He was very friendly and I was very pleased with the service provided today.

ACE did an upgrade, servicing and install on our thermostat and humidifier- it made a huge difference in the comfort or our home. They also did a heating and hot water tank inspection and found several risky items with our old systems. We have a very good conversation with their service personnel and got an excellent understanding of why they needed to be upgraded & replaced. It feels good to know ACE has such knowledgeable service people liking out for our safety and comfort!

The experience I had with Ace Plumbing was so smooth! The lady who took my call and booked Steven to come and replace my kitchen faucet was polite, friendly and accommodating. First I received a text with my technicians picture so I knew exactly who was coming into my home. I was also very impressed when Steven called to let me know where he was coming from and exactly what time he would arrive. He was very thorough, and also very friendly and made sure everything was working correctly when he left. I am immunocompromised and felt safe with a technician from Ace Plumbing in my home. I also spoke to the technician about bio clean and the benefits it has to the pipes and other surprise uses. You can use bio clean safely in cat litter boxes to keep the smell down which is perfect for condo living. Thanks to the team at Ace Plumbing for making me feel safe, while efficiently getting the job done! Will recommend to anyone that needs plumbing work.
