I used to love this store, but the change in ownership has brought terrible customer service. A medical condition has me only allowed to wear a face shield instead of a mask. You can enter the store and shop, be greeted by several other staff members and then be rudely refused service at the till during payment by the manager. Face shields can be worn at every other store that I have been to as well as my place of employment. This store should know that there are real factors affecting customers and embarrassing them for this is not the way to stay part of the community.

Very nice: quiet shop with decent variety. What you expect from a small, local liquor store. The annoying thing is that the flyer comes out too far ahead of the sales.

40 yrs old and look about 45. Was asked for ID and had only my Apple Pay IPhone. Told them I appreciated the compliment but just wanted to buy the wine. Very disappointed the 2 staff didn’t use proper judgement. Will never go back!

Excellent customer service! Manger Delena and all staff always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and will ask to help and are very knowledgeable to assist you to find what you need. I have no need or want to go anywhere else as Lakeview Liquor Depot also does price matching. Great job! Thank you!
