Can not describe how happy I am with this store. Silvija took great care of me. I purchased a vacuum from Candian Tire just under 6 months ago and my roller gave up. I called just to buy a new roller and filter. She took it into her own hands and reached out to company of vacuum and they ended up replacing my vacuum under warranty. I still ordered the new parts for back up. But I never would of thought it would be a warranty item. Thank you sooo much Silvija for all your help. I highly highly recommend this store.

Forgot I had given a review a long time ago and came on here to review. Silvija and co. are absolutely amazing. Since my original review, I ended up purchasing the iclebo robot vac. I love it. What I love about A Vacuum is that Silvija really gets to know what my cleaning needs are and makes recommendations based on my needs and lifestyle. The major bonus is the array of cleaning supplies. I have picked up dryer balls, eco friendly laundry detergent, dishwasher detergents, air fresheners (that i use in my car), and scented candles. If I could give x , I would. Talk to Silvija!! Original post from 7 years ago: Outstanding customer service, friendly folks. Very prompt, they are knowledgeable and provide great recommendations. Didn't purchase a vac from them, which I regret because I didn't know about them until this vacuum broke on me. I took it to them hoping they could help me with either the warranty or repair it. They were very helpful in both! Next vacuum I purchase will be from them. You've made me a customer for life :)

The customer service is top notch. I first learned of A Vacuum from their Instagram account (@avacuum go follow them now!!). They are so active on it with awesome tips for taking care of your appliances and introducing new products on the market to help you with your cleaning needs. I asked so many questions regarding the Hizero Bionic Mop for about 3 months before I decided to bite the bullet and buy it. That was 3 months of questions and every question was answered with patience and kindness. It was definitely worth the drive across town to become a customer of this spectacular local small business. They’ve earned a customer for life!
