We just purchased a home with Poly B pipes that we decided we wanted completely replaced. Mark and his son were able to complete the work in a single day with very little invasive work, a grand total of 6 holes cut out of the walls and ceilings throughout the entire house. Extremely professional, up front about costs, and got the work done very quickly. 100% would recommend.
After 30 years in Calgary and hiring various plumbing companies, we discovered ACS Plumbing. This company has worked for us numerous times over the past few years and, each time, we have been extremely pleased! Mark and Chandler are very knowledgeable, hard-working and always concerned about making sure the job is well-done and that we are pleased with the results. They take the time to answer any questions and are extremely affordable. We highly recommend ACS Plumbing as they are the best company and honestly deserve more than 5 stars!
We have used ACS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. several times since we moved to our small town community over the past six years, he is a local ‘go to’ plumber. A year and a half ago Mark did some work for us and we thought we were overcharged. We work in the homebuilding industry and we are pretty well acquainted with pricing. When we brought this concern up, Mark stood behind his pricing, so we paid him and just decided not to contact ACS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. again..... until today. The work we felt we had been overcharged for a year and a half ago failed and the line was spouting out water and would have resulted in damage if not shut off. This was not an option for us on a weekend as our rental tenant needs to be able to function. We contacted him on a Saturday and after numerous phone messages, and texts he responded. To Mark’s credit and our relief he and agreed to come and fix his work. He showed up, fixed the leaking line and then informed us he would forward his invoice. (We are totally floored!) When we again questioned-obviously not expecting a bill due to his own work failing. Mark again, stood by his (failed) work... and extended his invoice of 157.00. Please note-the part to fix the problem was 11.47 at our local hardware store-we checked earlier because we thought we were going to need to fix it ourselves when we initially couldn’t reach Mark. For the record, we have paid this invoice-we honour our obligations. Due to the tackiness of the overall experience I have decided to write this review. When you call Mark at ACS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. just be prepared to pay once for the work to be installed and again for the deficient work to be rectified.
