This is a family-run store that cares about their customers which is evident in that they offer good quality jewellery at fair prices. Both Jeanette and Katie are knowledgeable and very experienced in jewellery repairs, quality, and design. I've each time been very pleased with their customer service and quality of each piece I have purchased. One of my favourite stores!

We were in here today and absolutely love this store. Beautiful selection of jewelry and other items. Family run business where the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hope to do many years of business with them.
A couple weeks ago I stopped in to see what selection they had for engagement rings, ready to select one and spend a couple thousand dollars . I noted to myself when I walked in how little of displays they have in terms of high valued jewlery... If I wanted to pick out of a catalogue I would shop online ... I proceeded to try and find my perfect size that fit my finger , do you think the lady would maybe try and help and suggest an appropriate size .... My boyfriend then later asked how much a certain ring was , the lady proceeded with only it starts at this much and can go up to tens of thousands of dollars .... She made no suggestions on trying to steer us into picking maybe a finish or different grades of diamonds or anything at all to come to a narrowed down price range .... She just walked away and we ended up leaving ... Ended up purchasing a ring at H.Williams jewlers , they had great customer service and great display cases .
I bought an engagement ring & band setting here, they have been very helpful and honest. I had a diamond of my own to use and they were great about not pushing for an upsell, and its nice that they're a family business rather than a chain. Also had a broken ring repaired here and was very happy with the result, it was very thin and broken at a place that I thought the repair would be very noticeable but they made it look good
Had some custom work done and everyone there was very helpful. Very pleased!
