I've been going here for over 3 years now and I still haven't seen 2 classes be the same. Every class you learn something different and overall perfect your performance over time. Everyone there is extremely friendly and professional and it creates the best karate environment. I highly recommend everyone to try it out no matter who you are; it's a great skill and great exercise. :)

Great club, my kids have been going here for years!

Great facility, friendly atmosphere and the best workout I have ever had. We enrolled our 5 year old daughter first, and now the entire family is involved. Great for all ages and fitness levels.

myself ( occasionally) and both my kids have trained with this Dojo, the instructors are amazing with children and keep them engaged despite the wide range of ages . The classes are broken up into 3 time slots , 3 days a week making it easy to adjust to a family timetable. For the adult classes there is a sense of family and community, and the adults often take part in extra training opportunities on additional nights. A great choice for kids and adults

Was there to watch my grand daughter's grading. Class was interesting and the students well behaved. Great instructors!!

Last Thursday Karl ran a class for the adults drawing on his training as a kick boxer in England. Tonight Chris ran class for the adults drawing on his training in traditional karate where he competed for Canada in the world competitions. There is so much to learn. Professional seems too bland a word to describe their instruction.
