I went in today to get a passport-sized photo taken. The photo came out fine but the stamp on the back was not clear and smudged easily. Furthermore, the employee who took my photo came off as awkward, aggressive, and angry. Their customer service definitely needs to be worked on.

My husband was involved in an accident. His vehicle was totalled, parts were scattered all over Hunt Club Road. He called for a tow to get it to the police station to get an accident report. He called CAA for a tow and WAS REFUSED because he didn't have a police report. He tried to explain the vehicle was not able to be driven but she still refused. I was under the impression you called them when you needed a tow. Boy, was I wrong! I guess you pay their membership fee just so you can carry another card in your already stuffed wallet. I called to lodge a complaint the next day. I spoke with a manager who promised to talk to HER manager and get back to me within a week...that was mid-July of this year. Staff are acknowledge, incompetent and extremely unprofessional.
Not interested in serving anyone. Came to shop and pay for my membership renewal. The door was locked but the note at the door said 'We're open'. I called the number at the door listed for appointments and after the person who answered intervened, I got in. I could not wait any longer for the only one employee in the store 'who takes care of merchendise' and I left the store unserved. Will not come to this location again nor will buy anything here again. I have my membership since 1996, but never left the store not being served.
I've always appreciated CAA / AAA, there always there when you need them. And for the price, they provide peace of mind.
The car insurance gentleman is never in. Gone for lunch, just stepped out for coffee , no matter what time of day. Was in three times over two day period a few months ago and last week again, just stepped out for coffee. Had to call toronto for service to insure new vehicle. Will change companies after 30 years due to no local service
