Thoroughly unimpressed with my experience here today. We knew a first-come-first-serve process is in place, and therefore arrived at around 9:30am to put our names (x2) down. We walked around for an hour and finally came back to the kiosk in hopes of the line having progressed. No luck. After more than a full hour later, the same older lady being assisted by Jeffrey at the kiosk was still not done. We waited patiently from a little distance away and was surprised to see that Jeffrey did not seem concerned at all. While the lady appeared physically exhausted at that point, and had told Jeffrey as such, he seemed to have thought it okay to engage in small chit-chat with other people waiting in line. In fact, we observed in shock that Jeffrey left his kiosk for 15-20mins to chat with another lady in line. The tired customer he was supposed to be assisting actually had to hobble to him, to ask him to come back to finish helping her. Throughout the 3 hours that we spent waiting in line, it was very disappointing to observe Jeffrey happily engaging in small chit-chat about weather, and other completely unrelated topics rather than focusing on the job at hand. When customers went up to the kiosk to actually ask about how the waiting line works or where progress was at - Jeffrey took the approach to completely ignore them unless he absolutely had to. Jeffrey should you see this - please know this is not personal. It was just very shocking for me to see the way you provided customer service despite a long line of people waiting for assistance. My only ask is that you please focus on the job at hand moving forward to expedite the already long process as quickly as reasonable.

Jeffery is a rockstar! I just walked right up and he set me up with a new iPhone 12, threw in some headphones, a charger, a Costco discount, discounted apple care plan, and waived enrollment fees! He made it really easy for me and explained to me exactly how to set up my phone. I am very grateful. He made a complicated thing very uncomplicated :-). Grateful.
