We used Two Small Men a second time because of how satisfied we were with our first experience. The estimate was very reasonable for the services provided and their interaction with the customer was extremely clear, friendly and supportive. They were outstanding, professional and quick in how they handled my queries and responded to my requests. They were punctual in their arrival and they went about moving the items in a very organized and satisfactory manner. I was not present at all the pickup and drop off locations but every single location reported a very satisfactory and pleasing interaction with the movers. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely recommend for personal and professional use.

I've never hired movers before and my roommate and I were very pleased about how friendly and efficient the movers were. I don't think we really knew what to expect nor were we were anticipating the movers to be so personable, and to be honest, that had a huge impact on our day. They were easy to work with and chatty, never complained a moment about anything and were very accommodating and helpful. The only negative thing I have to say is that though they were careful with the pieces of furniture we flagged as especially sensitive, they did cause a fair amount of aesthetic damage to a number of other pieces. I'd thought they'd take more care to use furnies or plastic wrap or ties to make sure things didn't get scratched but a number of our shelves and smaller pieces of furniture had a lot of scratches all over the tops, which is a shame. Nothing broken but we were disappointed to find that some of our items seem to have been neglected when it came to taking care with them. I would still recommend this company for sure, we had an excellent experience from day one, everyone in the office was lovely as well. Our quote was way below what we paid, but we know why it took longer than we'd hoped (elevator limitations and access problems in our new apartment) and weren't overly surprised by that. I felt supported with all the questions we had and know our move was a thousand times less stressful going with this company. I will definitely use this company again, but I may take more care to cover my furniture myself or request special care with my furniture items. -Rory
December 9,2020 is a date I will never forgot. I wasn’t looking forward to moving. When I met all three of the movers they were so pleasant and informed me that they will follow my instructions. All the movers did a fantastic job, not only the packing part but helping me go through a rough time and making it a great time. The day was well worth it and I will always call on them for my next move. I felt a bond with them and they are an amazing crew. Thank you again Two Men (plus one) with Big Hearts You made my day very special A special angel was there ( I saw in You )
