I tried to book an appointment over the phone for a work vaccination (Hepatitis A) but the secretary told me that I needed another shot before I could take my work vaccine. When I went in for the appointment, I thought everything was fine until the secretary that was on shift told me that the shot I had just received had nothing to do with my work vaccination. So, to sum this up, basically the clinic lied to me and told me I NEEDED a vaccination that I did not and I was forced to pay. As far as I'm concerned the employees at this clinic are extremely incompetent, never in my life have I encountered a medical clinic flat-out lying to me about the vaccinations I'm due for. When I tried to resolve the issue with the clinic, they said there was nothing that could be done because the secretary who booked my appointment \didn't remember\. Horrible customer service (except the one lady who was apologetic and thought I deserved a refund even though the \management\ did not), horrible staff, lying/incompetent secretaries. Go anywhere else if you can.

The ladies I saw here were incredibly friendly and kind. I was not looking forward to the vaccinations but the nurse was so sweet. She also gave good vaccination recommendations and a lot of helpful health information for my upcoming trip.

The office is clean and they are very thorough with giving you information. However 2 days later I had a serious reaction to the typhoid vaccine I was given. Extreme stomach pain, diaherra, high fever, tremors, and nearly blacking out. I called the clinic the next day to report it and they were very dismissive and said \it had nothing to do with the vaccine\ even though those are listed as serious side effects. I told them it's unfortunate they have no regard for their clients, nor are informing them of these side effects that may occur, which I had to cancel work for.

Ive been to over 35 countries of all varying levels of medical precautions and ive alway gone here for my medical advice. There is nothing wrong with this clinic, i will keep going here. BUT i give it 1 Star because i want to WARN people this trip was the first time i was advised not to TAKE DUKORAL as a precaution for travelers diaharrea and was given prescription meds in case and this is the first trip i got travelers diaharrea and for a week! This is my 2nd time to this country. As noted in my forms and i told the doctor i react to asprin, well guess what the prescription meds warn - dont take if react to asprin, joys of waking up at 2am with hives and diaharrea! I ended up taking imodium, now im bloated and blocked. TAKE THE FREAKING DUROKAL, its not a gurantee you will not get sick, but we spend thousands on our vacation, so why not!
