Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, and efficiency. The tracking information is not updated properly and is incorrect on the delivery date. My delivery date has been pushed every single day for the last week and when I called there is no information as to where my package is. Customer service is okay, the only information they can give is “yes there is a delay” but why does it say it is going to be delivered day of when there is a delay? Also the rep cannot answer where the item is.. like location, distribution ect. My most recent experience the agent was extremely rude and impatient when I called to update the postal code. I was polite and understood there is stressed for themselves with all the calls for inquiries but in no way was that type of annoyance warranted for. Your company needs to work on your site for proper and accurate information for transit information, delays and accurate delivery dates. All this would help with customers expectancies. I already submitted inquiry of my item, no response.

Everyone posting on here should look to see who originally shipped their package whether it’s UPS or another company and demand they no longer work with/cancel their contract with TForce due to poor service, experience, and professionalism. This delivery courier is completely inept when it comes to delivering any package and isn’t worth any company or persons business. Please take the time to contact your original shipper and let them know to end business with TForce or you’ll end business with them. TForce isn’t even worth the 1star you’re obliged to give them.

My package was scheduled to arrive on November 11th, about a week after the expected delivery date I wrote my first email - no response. Everyday since then the status updates to say that it is getting delivered today. It never comes. I have now written 3 emails and have had zero response. I'm at the point where I am assuming the package is never coming. VERY BAD SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My package was due to arrive 5 days ago, the online portal never updates the status so I called Tforce requiring about the package and the agent gave me a new delivery date 4 days later. The new delivery date has passed and my package has not arrived yet. I called back Tforce a couple of times and each time after a long hold My call was canceled. I finally was able to reach another agent and he said He will request the location that my package was supposed to be shipped from to contact me since he does not have access to the status of the delivery on his end. A day has passed and no one ever contacted me. My package is clearly lost and was never delivered to me.

I ordered a package from Zara on the 30th of October, it took TFORCE now 3 weeks to find where my package was... and now I feel I’m in phase of delays. The waybill stated the 4th, 18th and today, yet nothing. I will never use this company again if I can help it! :)
