Super welcoming staff and quite spacious! All sorts of martial arts group classes to choose from and first class is free! Private classes are usually in the morning. It’s good to have your own boxing gloves and mittens as the shared ones smell really bad.

Great atmosphere, great instructors and great classes! The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive and I find the classes to be both a great workout as well as educational. The overall atmosphere is also very supportive and motivating thanks to the excellent instructors and other students. I would definitely recommend Superior Martial Arts as a great place to get in shape and learn self defense.

The staff are amazing, always a smile and acknowledgement when you walk in the door. They really take the time to get to know each person who trains there and are very accommodating to the kids. The place is always clean and looks organized. My son looks forward to his classes and asks to go every day lol .. we had his birthday party there earlier this year and it was so awesome. The staff were supportive to my requests and did an amazing job. Keep up the excellent work Team Superior :)

Incredible atmosphere. Always patent and accommodating to new members. Sensi Ty is a great teacher and is a natural with children. Shayne and Legend Vinny are also extremely motivating and look to create positive experiences with all the members. Highly recommend this gym for all levels of Martial Arts. I joined in March of 2017 and have never looked back since. I now train 3-5 times a week and been in the best shape of my life. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The 1 hour classes go by in an instant. You can work at your own pace and get a great work out in. I would recommend any of my friends or family in an instant. This beats working out at the gym any day! Thanks Superior!

Very friendly and helpful staff who have managed to foster an enriching environment. As a beginner I've been given the attention required to learn the ropes, as well as the freedom to experiment and have fun! The space is also very tidy and efficient. Highly recommended
