Went in for wisdom teeth removal. I told them I had a lot of anxiety with dentists. They went the extra mile of making sure that I was comfortable. Left without anxiety for dentists anymore. Amazing. The dentist was Tom Lee. The receptionist, Rachel, was amazing.

Burnaby sedation dental was wonderful! went in for emergency root canal and a filling and staff were all very friendly and patient. Dr.Lee is very professional and the most skilled dentist ive ever been to, no pain what so ever for the fixed teeth. All in all, it was pleasant experience (which is very rare, as I normally dread going to dentists) and will definitely be back for scaling Thank you so much for all your help!
WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. This is my personal experience with Dr Tom Lee and his hygienists. I was told I had gum problems, infected wisdom teeth, needed 11 fillings and possible root canal and felt like I was being pressured to do all this in one 2 hour session under general sedation. This dentist had 0 bedside manner. I was not given the chance to ask any questions, which made me feel uncomfortable as my usual trips to the dentist result in minor work needing to be done, now suddenly at my first visit with this dentist I have a mouth full of problems. I trusted my gut and went to a different dentist to get a second opinion. The only work required were two minor fillings that did not even require freezing and was told otherwise my teeth, gums and general oral hygiene was excellent. Be warned, I feel awful for people who would trust his judgement and pay him thousands of dollars for seemingly made up work. And to top it all off, the x rays that were taken at this place were blurry so I ended up needing new ones that were paid for out of pocket. What a joke.
I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. It is rare to find an office with friendly staff at the front desk. That alone made me feel relax. Everything was neat and in perfect order. Last but not least Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable, patient and allowed me to express every concern I had. Thank you for the great service!
It was a pleasure and awesome visit when I made my trip to this dentist. The clinic was very clean, tidy and organized. Also the kind greeting and service from the front desk, I was already comforted. They were very kind but yet very detailed. Dr. Tom Lee as I was expected, very efficient and professional. My check up involved current condition check up, cleaning, crown and fillings and Dr. Lee made this very easy for me to understand what my conditions are and future plans to keep my dental health up to par. He was very caring and kind. I am so glad I made my visit to this dental clinic and highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great dental clinic, dentist or hygienist. I myself would definitely be going back for sure in the future.
