Sam is amazing! I bought a second hand Singer sewing machine and he was able to fix it to full working capacity! He was kind enough to pick it up, drop it off and offer me a free lesson on how to use it, too! I highly recommend his services!
My experience started with a call for mobile service. He delays me 1 week with my continuous following up with him. (If you get the same response, stay away!!!) Eventually, he makes it to my place to service my industrial machine. He quoted 120 during our first conversation, but when done, he charged 150. He spent a little less than 1 hour working on it. When completed, the machine was up and running with the bobbin time corrected. Less than 2 hours of usage over 1 week, the timing was off again. Called him back to recheck the machine, but no luck getting him back. Now, I have contacted Mason on Kent St. which charges 119, but I have to bring the head in. I should have gone through the Mason route vs some backyard repair guy to service my machine. What a waste of time and money!!!
Have an older Singer we adopted and it was missing a part and needed a little tuneup. Contacted Sam, he was quick to respond, and seemed very reasonable. While the machine was in his care , the part took a while to deliver due to Covid but Sam communicated with on a regular basis, and keeped me updated. Really appreciate the level of service ! Sam is excellent sewing machine serviceman. He not only fixed my issues with my Kenmore 10 stitch machine but gave me tips on how my machine works. He was very ready to answer any questions and when i had trouble from inserting the needle incorrectly, he corrected the issue within the same day. His service is impeccable and at a very reasonable affordable price. Now my machine is running very smoothly. Next time my machine needs servicing, i would not hesitate to bring it back to Sam! He knows his stuff!
Sam is a lovely gentleman. I took my Singer 357 to him for a service on Monday and just picked up today (Friday). He said he made an effort to get it done while I was on holiday from work. The service was a very reasonable price and he even made the effort to give me a brief tutorial in threading up and maintaining my machine. Will definitely be using him again and recommend his service to others.
Sam is a Rockstar! He really helped me out in a pinch, I told him my situation and he was super helpful and did the repair within 7 days! I thought my machine was a goner! Sam does great work and I'm so pleased!
