These people either don’t know the strata act or they choose not to follow it. They encouraged our council not to release strata documents to owners.....that is against the law & makes me think they are up to no good. I notice all the negative reviews get the same answer from REMI management- “your not a tenant or owner of ours. We can’t find you in our system”. Now isn’t that convenient? I wish all these negative reviews were available before my old building hired this sorry excuse of a company!

Great company to work with. The manager and the director provided professional advice and opinion. Friendly staffs and always helpful. Within a year, REMI reviewed the existing contracts and able to help us save a combination of almost 10,000. Love It !! our council is strongly recommending their services.

They are not accountable for their errors; dishonest people- avoid ! **TO: the REMI employee who responded to my review- just so I have this straight, are you trying to tell me that: Heath Purssey Marlina Escasinas Corina Andrei Morteza are NOT employees of remi realty inc?? dishonest. and nice try....I do indeed live in one of “your” buildings- my wife is the titleholder

Excellent service! Our manager goes above and beyond to look after our property. I can even pay strata fees on their portal directly, no other companies are offering that.
