Been wearing CSA boots for so many years on and off. Bought the cheapest not good to the most expensive and not good. Both places tend to have poor service too. Enter Reddhart, Gloria at the Burnaby branch is awesome and seems to know everything about boots and the work we all do too. Amazing. Sounds like she’s done everything. Mid priced boots, but good quality and top shelf service. Cheers.

I was having trouble finding the specific boot I wanted anywhere in store or online. I stumbled across the Reddhart store online with stock and put my order in just like any other purchase. It was after this that my purchase became a little more personal and ensured that I will be a repeat customer. I received an email from a gentleman named Graeme, thanking me for my purchase and telling me that his wife would be sending out my boots the next day and she would follow up with an email as well. As promised, the next day my boots were shipped and another personal email followed up with the shipping information. I always try to purchase from a company that adds that personal touch to their sales and I have found that here.
Gloria was fantastic! Starting with when I first phoned in to ask a few questions: I was met with an extremely confident and knowledgeable voice on the other line. It happened to be the Store Manager Gloria. I had read previous reviews about Reddhart Workwear and I'd like to point out Gloria and her professionalism stood out the most and I was not disappointed. I quickly came to the store to have a fitting and consultation. I left with a pair of working boots and socks. I know the product she helped expertly picked out for me will help me get the job done right and in comfort. Thank you Gloria! I can't wait to get my next pair!
Best boot buying experience in my life, the lady who was helping me was extremely knowledgeable and i learned a load about boots i never knew during my visit. She helped me choose out a great pair of Canada west boots which i am very excited to use. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new pair of boots.
My third pair of boots from reddhart (a pair of Canada west) came w a problematic, rippled footbed. After wearing them a few times, I brought them back and had my problem sorted w/out any issue what so ever. Gloria re ordered my boots for me and kept in touch w me through the whole process. I couldn’t have hoped for better service, and treatment, and if I hadn’t been a return customer prior, this most recent experience would have made me so. Thank you Gloria for going out of your way, each time you’ve assisted me. I can’t forget to mention the other young fellow who’s also been extremely helpful, and the amazing stock and comfortable showroom. I must also report that my replacement boots fit like a dream. They are great boots.
