This place is amazing, I would highly recommend it! This studio is very professional, kind and gentle with your newborn. The photographer Emily is a baby whisperer, very patient and professional, calmed our baby down right away before he got too fussy. So amazed by everything. The studio was also very clean, they have an area for you to change your newborn and they have wipes too (warmed which is a nice touch) if you need it. They have hand sanitizer right when you arrive and you will need to take your shoes off so it keeps the studio even more clean! I wanted the pose where the baby was leaning forward and supporting his head on his hands and arms and the photographer Emily was so amazing she was able to find a way to do it! So happy and excited to the final result!

Beautiful quality photos, extremely easy process to book and shoot the photos. Emily was great at calming baby down and took some really wonderful shots in a superbly quick manner. Studio answers questions promptly and follows up. I sent my desired inspiration photos and they were able to recreate all of the pictures exactly as I had hoped, and even were able to quickly add in/change a setting while I was there. We loved the photos so much that we ordered 10 additional ones at an extra cost! Definitely worth it for memories and keepsake for your baby's milestones.
I had problems with Vanessas communication. I wish she would carefully double check of our child's spelling before she print and begin ordering the photo album and surprisingly the whole entire name was wrong. Not happy.Also for the cake smash photos, I wish they would ask us if we want the cake saved even though its a cake smash for our babys birthday. I was out of the room to clean my baby and only to find that the cake was already thrown out in the trash. I wanted to try and have some of that cake to eat because that cake was deliciously expensive and I was hoping to eat it. Its not only for pics and play. It's still food. Ask clients what to do with the cake next time please.And also I was promised to recieve my photo that I paid for as extra and I didn't get it only to email them again to ask where it is. I recommend Rachel for newborn photos but clarity and communication needs to improve from her staff.
