I have tried this place a few times, and thought it was decent for the price. Really disappointed with the service though. One night, we were waiting almost 20 minutes for our order to be taken We were the only table but they had a lot of take out. 6 people came in during our wait, and She even took an order by phone. Nearing the end I realize if I had ordered online, I would have been served by then. They chose to prioritize their take out orders. When I pointed this out to the server she repeatedly told me she was busy and would take a minute. At about 20 minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. Whatever it was a bad night, and I understand it happens. But then the server got mad at us! I told her we would stay if they took our order, but at that point she just gave us a dirty look and ignored us. I really want to support local restaurant, but she was so balantly rude that we won't be back for a while.

I'm not sure what some of the previous reviews were talking about. The staff were wearing masks. The soup was pretty sweet and tasty. The meat, though none of it was bloody red rare, was not tough, but quite well done. The rice dish was super good. The chicken was really moist as I couldn't tell if it was breast or thigh. The pork and beef were juicy too.
Food was good as usual. Customers were kept a table apart. Everyone had mask coming in. Felt safe. A few young men walk-ins merely pulled up their sweaters doubled as masks but luckily were refused by staff. Overall I enjoyed my lunch there.
One of my favorite pho places! I usually get the vegetable in rice noodle soup which has a nice lime taste to the broth that I love. I definitely recommend it.
In late December we arrived at the restaurant midday during what we could see was the waitress finishing up her meal behind the counter. We waited at the door. We witnessed her blowing her nose and wiping her mouth as she finished up her meal. She did not wash her hands nor put on a mask. She went to get a couple of menus, from a pile of menus, and walked us to the table and placed menus down on the table. At that point we could see the cook behind in the kitchen and he was not wearing a mask either. We immediately left and sanitized our hands thoroughly. Although no one else was in the restaurant at the time we saw how potentially dangerous and unsafe this restaurant was for Coronavirus. There are no petitions between tables. We will NEVER come again and will always avoid this restaurant.
