We love coming here and come every 2-3 weeks. We like having our own personal hot pots so we can choose different soups and control our own temperatures. Hot pot comes with fantastic fruit tea and your choice of ice cream at the end of meal. All flavors of ice cream are good especially their black sesame. Selection/ menu options, and service is excellent and fast. Once server brings us everything, server leaves us to enjoy but comes over to check on us from time to time. Veggies and meats are always fresh. We like the thinly sliced meat and prefer that over some places where meat is cut to thick and chewy. Covid safety protocols in place. Highly recommend.

Pearl Hot Pot is a really popular place. It was cozy and the food was delicious, but you need to make reservations, otherwise you get seated at the counter or you have to wait at least an hour, and you might not get a booth. Joyce, our attendant, was knowledgeable, polite and very attentive. She was always checking up on us while at the same time keeping her distance. We ordered the Boneless Short Rib Pot and the Seafood & Meat Pot, good prices for the amount of food. The meal came with tea, yogurt green tea, and ice cream. Excellent place to visit again and again.
The best hotpot ever. I come here every few weeks, even though the drive is about 40 minutes. The prices are extremely fair and the service is amazing. The hotpots come with complimentary fruit tea (the best fruit tea I've ever had) as well as ice cream for dessert. 100% would recommend.
Simply amazing! I have nothing bad to say about this place at all! It is worth every cent you spend here. You get more than your money’s worth and the quality of food is great! You can get a set which includes a meat dish of your choice, a veggie bowl with tofu, prawn, enoki mushroom, fish balls, etc. You also get a drink of your choice AND ice cream for dessert! Your soup base costs 3 but all together with everything came out to be just 22 which is so cheap! The servers were very respectful as well. The inly thing I would say is to call ahead of time and reserve a table because this place is quite small and with covid, seating is a lot smaller.
