Maxinne was absolutely wonderful and a breath of fresh air. She was very positive, articulate and detail oriented when going through her inspection and explaining the causes and solutions for our issues. I feel very confident leaving our situation in her capable hands and assisting where we can to resolve issues promptly! The explanation of different methods in order to deal with the pests was also appreciated. She has certainly raised the standard for the type of service I would like to have from technicians, conversely, I feel more equipped to raise the right questions with our future technicians.

The service technician is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always comes in with a smile on his face and a warm greeting, We have used Orkin for many years now and we do not intend on switching companies, Orkin has provided us with perfect service in all manners. If we call, they come to the recue. I would recommend Orkin hands down.
