Service is excellent. Friendly, honest and sincere. They kept me updated on the status of my repair. They finished the work in a timely fashion. And i had a loaner car at my disposal while the repairs were being done. My car is running smoothly and safely. I've been a customer for more than six years.

Thank you for your honest, no-nonsense, friendly service! Not only were we shown pictures of what was wrong with our Jeep, they were able to fix the problem on really short notice and went above and beyond to get our vehicle ready for us. We will definitely be back!
I have been going to New Way for a few years and find them very honest and reliable. I try my best to schedule regular maintenances, but there have been times when life got in the way and I forget to take care of the car. When unexpected circumstances arise, Peter has always been so accommodating and helpful. He has been my saving grace a couple times and I truly appreciate it. I cannot recommend this place enough (and I have been through the years to friends who are remotely close by). Down-to-earth mechanics are few and far between now a days, especially during this pandemic.
