I do not normally do bad reviews, as honestly, I do not think these guys care. But I do feel especially with us all trying to support our restaurants in this pandemic that they up their game or at least make sure the experience is the best it can be!! I order a Classic meal (Whole chicken 2 regular sides garlic bread). The chicken was just cooked, and what we got for the sides was more for a person, I say this because I have ordered a wrap in the past and got similar amounts of side portions. I also know when we go into the restaurants you do get the right portions, but of late we have not been able to do this and so we should expect similar service. Because I respect it wasn't going to be hot, but when I see this I can not help but think they are taking the Mickey.

Food is delicious. 2 stars taken off for the service - used to order quite often but every time I went to pick up the food it wasn’t ready even though I arrived on time. I hope staff can give realistic wait times.
I did a take out back in late September and waited 10-15 minutes for it. It was worth waiting. I ordered 1/4 chicken with 1 side (10.99) it wasn't cheap. Their signature flame grilled chicken was good. It had smoky smell and the meat was tender. I don't do take out often, but it was memorable. My food was packed nicely in a bag and the service was fast.
This has always been my go to Nandos and I absolutely love the food but this location in particular left much to be desired. I had ordered 4 items for my family on a Friday night. We paid and preordered it online at 5pm for a pickup time of 6pm. We arrived at 6pm and the food wasn’t ready - no biggie , it’s a busy Friday night. We waited about 15 minutes and received our order. Once we returned home I noticed one of my items was missing. I called the store 6 times but never got through to anyone - all my calls went straight to voicemail. It was incredibly frustrating not to be able to reach anyone. Where is the customer service? Every restaurant is busy on a Friday night but to just ignore the phone when it rings is just plain lazy. Judging from other Google reviews, missed items on takeout orders are a common occurrence at this location. Always check your order, don’t rely on the staff to do so.
This is the first time that I have to write review because it makes me so disappointed. I order 2 whole chickens; however, all of them are burnt. It tastes so bitter. We can not eat it. We have to discard all of them.
