We ordered dining chairs online on Black Friday (a month ago) and never received a confirmation email. Tried calling them and emailed their support email too but no response. A few days later, we decided to drive out to the store and we were told that since they moved, their phones weren't working. As a business, they should get their phones fixed, no? Very confused about that. How can people get a hold of them if they live far away and can't even check even having their credit card charged?! We gave them money and no product in return. Anyway, when we went to their store a month ago, they said it would arrive in 2 weeks. It's now been 4 weeks and still no reply back after numerous calls and emails. Their voicemail even said they are away till January 3! So ridiculous!!! EDIT: It was under my husband's name, but I guess we will try emailing since we have MULTIPLE times before with no response.

Great store. Modern Flair to their styles but not too leading edge. Wonderful owners, Eric and Calina. Good honest people and you don't always see that when you shop for furniture these days. Good website for online shopping if you were so inclined. I feel they would go above and beyond for any reasonable request.
Very pleased. They went over and above to process and ship an almost 4000 sofa set that was sold out everywhere. Arrived exactly when stated. Also arrived sealed in factory boxes. Honest seller, recommended.
Never buy here. I bought a reclining sectional-sand for 1199.99 (1343.99 after tax). After 2 & half years, the 'leather/match' material started to come off and not it's been 3 & half years and I had to call a junk truck to remove it paying 150. I am a small sized woman and I was the only one using the sofa.
A wonderful shopping experience with friendly and helpful staff. Great prices, good stock and very helpful in finding any items that are only offered on the website. Would highly recommend the shopping experience to anyone.
I placed an order on Saturday evening and decided to cancel as it was not the item I wanted, sent an email right away, called many times but both numbers are not reachable. They replied later and apologized as they moved and had issues with the internet and phone connection. Should get a refund soon. Overall not a bad experience.
Really like my new desk and bookcase. I’ll definitely come back again.
