nice place! The guys over there knows how to make a good hookah! The service was good too.
I recommend this hookah lounge. There are lots of seats, and the staff is friendly. They also have a menu with drinks and some snacks, but you can bring in your own food. The only thing is that some of the couches have burn marks, and there is no class or elegance about this place.
It’s a good place to smoke shisha and great tea, the customer service is very good. Would recommend.
We were referred by one of our friends, the place is not clean, ventilation is non-existent, washrooms are bad! and chairs are oily and sticky, hookah itself was better than expected though, and the server threw the mouth peaces on the table and put a big jug of white sugar beside it. The tea was horrible, came in an old and dirty french-press, I mean, what was wrong with simple tea pot that they had to resort to coffee press for tea?
I used to be regular customer for Kismet. Imagine, I had to come from the 59th Ave to reach Kismet Cafe. So I spent at least 1 hour to commute using buses and reach the cafe. Pay at least 25 dollars for the Hookah and 25 taxi to drop me back home late in the weekends. I used to really love the vibe and the good service. However, they have very much deteriorated from serving me at least. so i will speak about my experience only. late Sheesha serving upon ordering and then ignorant attitude towards requests for Coal change made me dislike the place. I had the waiter passing me with Coal and not changing it despite being asking for a change more than 3 times at least. This happened many times. I have decided not to visit this cafe again unless i don't have to struggle to reach that place. I wish if they can pay more attention towards the service. Still the place have got a great Vibe and great service staff but somehow they miss to provide the basics of sheesha service. That music and awesome atmosphere is of no excitement when the coal is not changed or sheesha arrives too late.
I'VE BEEN TO THIS PLACE 3 TIMES. WRITING WHAT I OBSERVED. Friends try to avoid this place, you won't get good customer service, congested place (not managed well), cheap quality pipes mouthpiece and flavors, filthy furniture... I don't know the owner but people working there treat people differently . You can notice that very easily, personally I feel upset about it. Two guys on wheelchair at first it was very hard for them to go inside the shop door's front floor have bump(which god knows do they even realize is a problem ) , hard for elders walkers and wheelchairs , I saw customers helping them . They have no plan for special seating for people in need. Guys on wheelchair asked for charcoal , it took around 45 minutes for the guy to bring the charcoal, but on the other hand there was one group of boys and girls (look like they are friends with the worker there)they are getting served and replacement of charcoal on time without they even asked for. #discrimination I personally noticed everything. And guess what ! Music there is managed by customers sounds fun but it's not. Everybody want to play their song for example somebody play one song maybe after 25 seconds you will see somebody go to the counter and change the music. SO LONG STORY SHORT FOR NOW I CAN SAY THIS SHOP NEED TO KEEP IN MIND TO SERVE EVERYONE ANYONE EQUALLY . For now its 1 star . If you are in this area and you want to go to and meet clean place for hookah go to KAYAN HOOKAH , which is literally a few minutes far. Or there are some other hookah bars as well you can try those as well
