I made an appointment here on my doctor's recommendation. Reynaldo spent way more time with me than I expected. This location didn't have the type of shoe I was looking for, but Reynaldo was able to describe what I should be looking for in a shoe, and recommended some brands and models that would best fit my foot shape. It was a pretty enlightening experience, and I'll absolutely be coming back here for insoles. I can easily recommend this place. Even if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they'll help you to know what to look for better.

I had a great instore one 2 one footwear fitting with John. He was polite and extremely helpful. The fitting (scan and gait observation) showed me in a few minutes what took me years to learn (I need wide shoes) on my own but even more. The shoe that John suggested felt so good that I paid for them and walked out of the store with them. I probably won't shop for shoes anywhere else now.
Reynaldo was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking for a hiking boot insole! Very professional expertise. He also helped me complete a volumetric foot scan analyzing arch height. Excellent Covid-safety plan implementation. I would definitely come to this Kintec location again in the future.
I was at Kintec, Burnaby on Jan. 7/21 to pick up some shoes that were on hold for me. The staff person, Reynaldo, was VERY helpful. He asked me if I would like to try them on (Yes)and helped me with adjusting the straps on the sandals to fit. He is very knowledgeable. I was very impressed and blessed.
I went to kintec last week to get fitted for running shoes, unfortunately i can't remember the name of the guy who was helping me out but he was absolutely fantastic, super thorough analysis of foot shape, gate, goals and running style, he was able to put me in some shoes that fit really well and fit my needs. was very impressed.
Went in for some shoes and Reynaldo was extremely helpful. He was cheerful, polite, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend his help to anyone looking for new footwear!
Honestly didnt know what to expect when I walked into my appointment. Just thought they would measure my foot and give me orthotics. Instead i got a 45 min review of my gait, how I stand, how my foot is structured, what kind of shoes fit me etc. and they even did 3D rendering of my foot!!!!!! It felt like i had a meeting with a hi tech medical specialist. Reynoldo was the person that was helping me and I thought he did a phenomenal job. I had a ton of questions and he answered everything and more. It was oddly kind of fun and entertaining. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and I totally loved entire the experience and learned so much in that 45 mins. Will be back every year from now on!!!!!!
Had a Saturday appointment with Sara to address recurring foot pain. (2nd set of orthotics, first thru Kintec) From the second i stepped in the store until the end of my assessment, I was treated like a valued customer and actually learned about my condition. Sara listened to my questions and concerns, talking me through the entire assessment process as it progressed. I look forward to continuing my treatment with Sara and the Burnaby Kintec team and will recommend them to any and all of my fellow coworkers. AAA
