Long line up and very busy place. Food is very authentic Hong Kong cafe style. Most food comes as a combo with a drink and a soup. I ordered an eggplant shredded pork with salty fish on rice. It is exactly as described. The one less star is for the wait was about 15 minutes. And there’s no number system so you would have to tell by the difference of food. Taste wise is average. But it’s not bad as a food court type of food.

We used to order HK style food from this place, yesterday I picked up a combo meal, deep fried pork chop on rice with a drink. I opened the box upon arriving home, food smells good but all I got were deep fried rib bones. Unbelievable!!

I hate this place. It used to be good and cheap. However I never remembered the staff to be THIS rude. We were eating in front their store and they just kept on screaming for their customer numbers and slamming the bell. We couldn't eat because the sound was so sharp it pierced our eardrums. The menu is too messy and the food isn't very pleasing. The only reason they are so popular is because of their hong kong style drinks. There has yet to be a store in crystal mall that is actually polite.

This 11 combo consists of sweet tomato sauce on rice with onions and pork, a side of HK style borscht soup and iced lemon tea. The food is tasty, authentic, and good quality for the price.
