Bought a counter shaft seal from the parts shop and had trouble installing it myself from a seized sleeve. called and they told me to bring it by to take a look. Mechanic came outside to my bike helped me remove the seal free of charge and gave me some good advice aswell. If i ever need to get work done i will 100% be bringing it to these guys super nice and helpful now i can ride again!

Sebastián is such an asset to this store, his knowledge and passion for this great hobby is profound and genuine, if you need riding gear then he's the only guy to go to as he is totally honest and a true bro of motorsport. The product advisor Trevor was professional and honest as well. I look forward to going further down the rabbit hole of this wicked hobby.
New to motorcycles. A friend suggested I stopped by Burnaby Kawasaki. I'm glad I did. I originally had my heart set on Honda but because of the service I received here, I decided to switch to Kawasaki. Everyone I met was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. An extra special thanks to Trevor for answering all my questions and helping me get my very first riding gear. I look forward to buying my first motorcycle here soon. Thanks again :)
Im bewildered by how kind, knowledgable, patient and courteous all the guys are I have had the pleasure of interacting with at Burnaby Kawasaki. I've technically never even set foot in the shop, only over the phone and they have been amazing every step of the way. They picked up my bike for me, serviced it, stored it over the holidays and will be returning her to me over the next couple of days. Super super smooth process which has been deeply appreciated as I have been in recovery from a gnarly accident. The peace of mind I have had knowing they got my bike taken care of has been priceless during this tumultuous time. Thank you all at Burnaby Kawasaki! I hope to meet you all again some day under less unfortunate circumstances :)
Great service and selection! Even had exactly the Alpine Stars boot I was looking for...in my size!!! No point buying online with great stores like this.
