Came in to update my auto insurance and was helped by Mo and another gentleman whose name I didn’t get (had gray hair). Both were super friendly and professional and clearly explained all the details of the policy. Would recommend.
This place is absolutely fantastic. I walked in and there was several people in front of me but that wasn't an issue. Everyone quickly was helped. While i was waiting I noticed how friendly and patient the staff were with the customers. I had come in to change my address, walked out with my address changed and a huge savings. They called ICBC to see if I had ten years safe driving which i did so they changed my account over. They were extremely nice and very helpful. I will definitely be going here in the future.
Literally called this company to as for an A to B permit at 8:33pm. Person answering phone said they close in 15 mins and I’d need to be there that moment to get service. I informed her that online it says that the store closes at 9pm and she said yes but sang around about where we were in relation to her in order to get service. Some critical customer feedback: if you want clients to come to you, welcome them!
